Ordering and payment

You can order items online via our webshop. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay and PayPal.

Axelknit uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Delivery

Recipes are sent as PDF files to your email address. Always make sure you have entered your email address correctly.

The products are for private use only and may not be copied, resold or distributed without written permission from Axelknit.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing digital goods/recipes, you also accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal on the digital product lapses.

Goods will not be returned without prior agreement by email.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email. axelknit@gmail.com

Handling complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or service from Axelknit, please contact us by email at axelknit@gmail.com . We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days.

Returns and complaints

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Axelknit within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy. The information is only used in connection with your order and is not disclosed to third parties.
