INGEBORG JACKET

Ingeborg Jacket is knitted top down in stripes, with raglan increases on the yoke. Reverse rows are knitted at the neck to create the neckline. The body is knitted back and forth on circular needles with stripes. The sleeves are knitted in the round on double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique. The button band and rib at the neck are finally knitted from picked up stitches.

Choosing a Size: Ingeborg Jacket should have a positive ease of movement of 15-20 cm in relation to your chest measurement. Measure yourself before you start knitting to assess which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 90 cm around the chest (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S. A sweater in size S has a width of 110 cm and in the example mentioned will give a positive ease of movement of 20 cm.
