MAGDA TEE

The Magda Tee is knitted top down in one piece. The yoke is constructed so that shoulder increases are first worked, then sleeve increases are worked, and finally raglan increases are worked. Reverse rows are worked to shape the neckline. The sleeves are knitted in the round on double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique.

Choosing a size: Magda Tee should have a positive ease of movement of 0-5 cm in relation to your chest measurement. Measure yourself before you start knitting to assess which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 80 cm around the chest (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S. A sweater in size S has a width of 85 cm and in the example mentioned will give a positive ease of movement of 5 cm.

Recommended needles: Circular needle 4 mm (40, 80 or 100 cm) and double pointed needles 4 mm (unless you are knitting with Magic Loop technique)
